Hellenic Cables S.A. is the parent company of Cablel Hellenic Cables Group. It was established in 1950 as the cable production unit of Viohalco, while since 1973 it has operated as an independent Viohalco subsidiary under the trademark Hellenic Cables S.A. expanding its manufacturing and commercial activities. Since 1994 the Company’s shares are listed in the Athens Stock Exchange.
With three production plants in Greece, the Company ensures high levels of annual capacity, as well as quality, since the plants in their entirety are certified by EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), EN ISO14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health and Safety Management System).
The international recognition of the company’s registered trademark CΑBLEL®, is a result of the company’s efforts for ensuring high quality and technological excellence in its products. The wide range of products and technology solutions Hellenic Cables offers addresses the high demands of its clients on a global level, among which are network managers, construction companies and vendors.
